Mega Drive/Genesis / Possibly found an undumped MD bootleg? (Rockheaven)
« on: October 20, 2013, 12:05:31 AM »
Rockheaven for the Genesis

I have no idea what this game may or may not be, it is a bit expensive for my tastes, but it'd be nice to perhaps find some info on it?

Mega Drive/Genesis / Mortal Kombat 6 : 28 Peoples

:P Lol. Also, another thing I must note...This may just be the Everdrive MD or the dump, but there are times where the C Buttom will just not work.

Quick Edit : And by that, I mean, I have to hold the button for a while, or jam my thumb into the C button for a low kick. Amazing, Glorysun, amazing job breaking a useful button <_<

Tonight I went on a Pirated game binge. Figured why not fill my flashcart with bullcrap, aye? Suddenly. This http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEZWSzcd7VI

From what I gather from playing the game, its made by our good friends at Glorysun, it uses some strangley custom sprites for the character select... But sadly, tons of name and palette swaps. Strange names such as "Tom Cage" and "Farmer"

Anyone curious to research this? Or do I just play it figuring Glorysun has done a "Fine Job" Yet again?

Mega Drive/Genesis / Power Rangers Fighting Edition +ROM

I noticed that Lord Zedd's stage music is the same as one of the tracks in..Either Top Fighter 2000 or KOF98. But my primary belief goes to Top Fighter. Could anyone verify this?

EDIT : Yes, I am playing this on hardware using the ROM file. Also, I've noticed a few bugs and are wondering if they're related to this. 1, characters LOVE to get stuck inside each other, and 2 the block works about as well as sticking your finger in a light socket.

Mega Drive/Genesis / Introduction/mentioning stuff.

Sorry for wrong posting stuff. :P Kind of new here...Anywho.

Fun fact. Trying to play certain pirates is impossible, even on a real console. IE: Super Bubble Bobble. The mapper must be retarded because I had to go in and change the hexidecimals just to get it to work. But once it got up and running, quite fun. And Mortal Combat 5 (sic) is buggier on the real-deal than on an emulator. Surprising, no?

Anywho. I'mma give Tiny Toons 3 a try, I'll report back on how (not so) well it works. :D

EDIT/PS. This thing also happens to do Master System, if there are any well known MS pirates or any found, I'll give them a shot, too.

Hmm. Interesting, either way I would be interested when I actually got cash XD.

I do take an interest in that Finding Nemo pirate..Is there a dump on the internet for it or no?

Hey guys. Since I'm new to the forum I might as well post something interesting, aye?

Well, I've decided to invest around 120 bucks into a Everdrive MD, and the first thing I played on it was Mortal Combat 5 (sic), I noticed something odd about playing it on actual hardware...

Well. firstly what made this odd was the fact that after jumping off the ledge, I couldn't progress left...Except by two ways. One, go ALL The way right THEN left, or Two. MOONWALK INTO THE DOORWAY

My mind is broken, but since I have my Everdrive, I'm wondering if anybody else wishes for me to test some pirates and give you the results of how they play on actual hardware? Cheers bigears.
