Unused Jungle Book 2 Text?

I was looking at FCE Ultra's PPU view for DKC4 and found 3 unused letters, just G, A, and M. Presumably, it might have read "GAME START" at one point. That's about it.

It actually says "GAMESTR" if you look carefully, and those letters are used on Donkey Kong Country 4's title screen.

That's why it says GAMESTR, it would repeat A and T to form "GAME START". I knew the DKC4 music would be misleading, but the letters are found on both of their title screens, through PPU view.
I'm thinking it's from JB2 (notice the font is exactly like JB2's)

on a similar note Harrys Legend has unused "LOAD GAME" text next to the used "GAME START", maybe it (or Titenic) was originally supposed to have a save function?

Taizou me thinks titenic and harry's legend don't save the game because if they were going to be able to load a save game then why did titenic end up being seen on multigame cartiridges only. Harry's legend ended up being seen on cartiridges as well as famiclones. Player select also is unused. Me thinks if they were going to save the game and allow you to select a character to play as then titenic would have been released as a shenzen nanjing game and would have been published by them. Then harry's legend would have been seen on qi sheng long famiclones only with the graphics changed and sprites changed. Cutscene graphics would have been removed. The stage select would have been removed. The ending would still be intact abeit with the graphics changed and the title screen would have remained with its graphics changed and text for start being seen on the title screen. Also player select would have been removed. Save game would have been removed. Options would still be present.
