Yeah, a few of the same people worked for Asder and Rex I think. they do seem to have used the same sound engine and fonts at times anyway. (although the font is stolen from somewhere, I forget where).
The font is from Borland Turbo Pascal. And yeah, I think Asder and Rex are the only devs I've ever seen using it.- Title: A developer from ASDER...

Is it possible that Yoko made that JP ronny game for Asder ? Because they didn't make many games in 1993...
nah, I have pretty much no doubt that JP Ronny was made by Asder/NTDEC/Mega Soft's usual dev team. same style of music, same fonts, all that shit.

ah yeah, that was it. thanks!
its in Elf Land as well. and I think I've seen it in one other game, but I can't for the life of me remember which one, or what platform it was on, or who made it, or anything about it.- Title: A developer from ASDER...

Between the font, the general graphic design and the way the credits are displayed, I have serious suspicions that ASDER and TipTop are related somehow.- Title: A developer from ASDER...

Post by: SpaceNinja on August 22, 2010, 02:51:40 AM- I played through JP Ronny (too, sigh) and it certainly doesn't feel a Yoko game. Hard-to-master controls mainly.
