I would say that rendition of Summer Wine on the 100-in-1 sounds like it though. TBH though, I'm not even sure if SFIII came before the multicarts, seeing as both were from the early to mid 90's. (I think)

By the way, I just found it. The name is Urusei Yatsura: Lum no Wedding Bell.
