Looking at that 222-in-1 list, I noticed a few oddities on there. Firstly, why are both Castle Excellent and Castlequest on there when they're practically the same game? (the former gives you 3 lives while the latter gives you 50, and the title screens are different) I also like how "Cardcaptor" is listed, even though that anime didn't exist until after the Famicom officially bit the dust. I also noticed a few Inventor hacks and QSL originals, like Tunny and Fish War. (the former is a hack of SonSon, and for some odd reason the character is called John on the title screen but the name reverts back to SonSon in game) I also don't get why they'd include awful games like Transformers and Back to the Future when Adventures of Lolo and R.C. Pro-Am are the same size. BTW, is it just me or is "Datman 1" (game 203) actually Sunsoft's Batman game? I doubt it, but it'd be awesome if that were the case.
Incidentally, with that many games that multicart's gotta be about 8mb, which would be ridiculously large even for a good multicart. The largest I've seen is 4.5mb, and that was JY's 45-in-1.
