It's a rare and really weird hack of SMB1 for the NES, Does anybody own a cart for this?

actually has anyone even seen a cart labelling this game "Mario 15"? It always appears in lists under that name but I've only ever seen the Sonic 3 variation.

I remember playing this game, the only game I did not have the cartridge only chip I had and I plugged in my famiclone.
but I loaned it to a friend but until today I did not get back :/

I gonna take contact to him back to talk if he got the chip
and some other old school stuff  :unsure:
