Maybe - it's certainly by some company connected to Gamtec (& Chuanpu) anyway.

what evidence did you see? i do think its very likely that if it wasn't them specifically, it was some other related company - a lot of developers are/were connected to Gamtec at some point (if theyre from the Taichung area & used PC Paint fonts its probable)

I remember reading that in the SNES version there is a background still in the ROM that is inaccessible otherwise, seems like it was on a sprite rip page somewhere.

Does anyone know if that was actually playable in-game with a PAR code?
