I got CopyNES. I'm trying to install it now but I'm having trouble due to a factory error.

I couple of games I ripped from multicarts because I don't think they've been dumped in their original format:

JP Ronny
Porter[/quote]Did you rip them from actual multicarts or the ROM images of the multicarts?

In the latter case, how did you do that?

Ah, I see...

And the difference is that if you ripped them from the actual multicarts, it means you must have had to dump the ROM images of the multicarts first... THEN extract one of the games from the ROM image.

Whereas in the latter (which is the case), you extracted them directly from a ROM image dumped by someone else ;)

Not sure if it's already been done, but here is a my working dump of Soul Blade Super for Mega Drive. Works fine in both emulators and real hardware.

And here's a dump of Lord of the Rings for Mega Drive.

From playing that LotR game for a bit, it has really poor control like a lot of the other pirate Mega Drive fighting games but this one seems to be a lot easier IMO.

Hey, sorry to interrupt, but I would like to say that, a few days ago, a ROM of Pokémon Jade (hack of Keitai Denjuu Telefang: Speed Version) has been dumped, once and for all. You can find it in the first post in this topic:

http://s15.zetaboards.com/Tulunk_Village?topic=6985970/

It's in the form of a patch. You need to apply it to an unmodified (i.e. Japanese) Telefang Speed ROM. If that's too complicated... well just send me a PM. Or Google Lunar IPS.

I don't know if anyone here cares about the game, but I do. XD

@ Barver; I've got a couple ancient copiers.

King of Fighters 2000 for MD, which is just a title screen hack of '98

Sorry to be off topic, but All these new dumps are awesome.. I really wish I had access to some pirated famicom games. Ive even done a russian translation of "Dendy 8 bit games" and other stuff and searched online Russian outlets, a lot of them seem to have multicarts for sale but the only ship to regions of the former USSR and stuff =/ Nothing to Australia or anything. Whats even more ridiculous is that the price is like, XXX Russian rubles which translates to like... 2 australian dollars. ARGH, It is such a tease!

well i think NT carts are pretty common in Russia, you might find some of the originals they published. or maybe something by Sugar Softec, or one of Hosenkan's originals.. but yeah, the majority will just be generic multis and single game pirates I guess.
