Post by: Pepper-98 on April 06, 2012, 03:49:58 PM
Hey, erm, my apologies for reviving something I said I didn't need anymore.  I'm selling more stuff, and this time it's not absolute crap.  The games in question are:

Spoiler: click to toggle

Harry Potter 2: Pretty much the same as the dumped Sintax platformer, but with an English intro.  It's the same as Taizou's Harry Potter 2 and the Sorcerer's Stone: The black art wtrstle edition (http://s4.zetaboards.com/PGC_Forums/single/?p=8105989&t=8159149)  Works on GBC and GBA systems; doesn't work on monochrome GB systems.  $15 $10 SOLD!
---------------
Binary Monsters 2 - Adventure of Hell: Platformer by Gowin/Hotkid that's a pseudo-sequel to Story of Lasama.  In other words, it's a 2D side-scroller that plays similar to Super Mario Land.  Works only on GBC and earlier systems due to boot-logo protection.  $15 $10
---------------
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: An RPG by Gowin/Hotkid.  Works on all GBC-compatible systems.  $15 $10
Journey to the West: Platformer by Gowin/Hotkid that's based off of the novel of the same name.  It's a fairly standard side-scroller.  Works on GBC and earlier systems due to boot-logo protection.  $15 $10
---------------
Digimon Pocket: (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gpf3K2zHpec&feature=plcp&context=C4a9e037VDvjVQa1PpcFMzIrqpu7_XSCjME4LMaiMVCgSkmhU3tVQ=) A Vast Fame RPG that plays similar to Pokemon Ruby. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tsiYM5rIN08)  This game is the same as the version on my channel, meaning it has the aforementioned game's music.  There's very slight differences between this and the multicart version.  Works on all GBC-compatible systems.  $10 $15

Spoiler: click to toggle

Naval Battle Stories: An SRPG by Sintax that plays similar to Pokemon Carbuncle and Super Robot Wars X and has RPG Maker music.  Comes with box, manual, and game.  If the game gives you a blank boot logo, it's because there's no tabs inside the cart to hold the board in place (but the game does work fine otherwise.)  Runs on GBC and GBC systems; game runs glitchy on a monochrome system due to compatibility issues, I guess.  Comes with box, manual, and game.  $30 $20
---------------
Metal Slug X (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjnT__KIkYQ) Sold!
---------------
Fighting Jian Shen Sold!

Prices are negotiable, but those are the general prices.  I can ship worldwide, and can offer free basic shipping; if you want priority mail or higher, you'd have to cover the cost (especially for worldwide.  Shipping fees skyrocket with ease when you ship international.  <_< )  Payment is done through Paypal.  Any questions or whatever, just comment or PM me.

If only I had a GBC  <_< . I ended up selling mine shortly after asking for Pokemon Jade due to being dead broke at the time. Not like Pokemon Jade was actually anything worth owning for the most part

Bumping this to post a question to the forum.  I'm planning on selling off my loose cart of Super Mario World 64, but I know that this game is really rare and undumped (last I checked).  Since I don't really care to keep the thing around anymore, I figured I'd either contribute it to the community or get some money off of it to fund my other unlicensed game hunting.  I'm sure I've already asked this before, but is there anyone who can dump MD stuff or wants to attempt it?  If there's nobody for the job, then I'll post it for sale here.  I'm also going to post more stuff for sale here within the week.

I think Azatoth can dump MD games but I am not sure.

I'm pretty sure there is a dump, but nobody could get it to work due to the copy protection made of pure evil. Why a pirated game would need copy protection is far beyond me.

Azatoth has the game :P look at his page on bootleg bazaar.
Oh, I already PMed him about it but haven't heard back yet.  Whoopsie.  I'm so up to date on things.  :pandaaway:   Looks like from what I'm hearing that it's already been attempted and whatnot.  I'll give it a little more time, but if nothing else pops up then I'll put it up with the other stuff I plan on selling here.

Did you bump up the price for Rockman X4? O_o
Kind of an odd thing to do for such an awful game :P

Did you bump up the price for Rockman X4? O_o
Kind of an odd thing to do for such an awful game :P
I sold that game a while ago.  All the stuff I put on Ebay is set as an auction, but I forgot what I set the starting bid on that thing.

I also heard back from Azathoth and he already tried dumping SMW64 previously.  Whelp, right now it looks like my copy's going up for sale.
New items for sale!  Forgive the iffy image quality; my camera decided to act up again (I need to replace that thing) so I had to use my laptop's crappy webcam.  Anyways, the items:

Spoiler: click to toggle

Journey to the West: Same as above; it's a platformer/beat-em-up hybrid based off of the Chinese novel.  The game comes with its box, manual, and inserts and is in near-mint condition.  Works on GBC and earlier systems due to boot protection.  $15 ON HOLD.
---------------
Final Robot DAIO-GA!: A basic side-scroller by Gowin.   The game comes with its box, manual, and inserts.  Box is in decent condition (has some wear) but everything else is near-mint.  Works on GBC and earlier systems due to boot protection.  $15  ON HOLD.
---------------
Super Robot Wars X (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-8-LIG_XPE): An interesting SRPG by Sintax that uses a similar game engine to Pokemon Carbuncle.  Comes with box and manual and is in good condition.  Works on GBC and later systems; it seems to work on a mono GB, but it has graphical glitches in monochrome mode so I wouldn't invest in that.  $15

Spoiler: click to toggle

Pokemon Ruby (Chinese Version) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJu_auUz9yQ&feature=plcp):
The Chinese version of Pokemon Ruby, the Vast Fame RPG that borrows gameplay from Digimon Pocket.  This version of the game features Shi Kong Xing Shou music and other minor changes.  Cart only; works on all GB-compatable systems.  $10
SOLD!
---------------
Digimon Yellow Jade (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJCaWA0Wk4c): A generic Sintax platformer full of Engrish.  You play as either Biyomon or Agumon, each with their own abilities.  Cart only; works on GBC and later systems.  $10 SOLD!
---------------
Garou Densetsu: Mark of the Wolves (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3scsMOUE0l0): A fighting game by...Sintax, I think?  It's based off of the official game of the same name and says "FIVER FIRM" on bootup.  Cart only; works on GBC and later systems; it just hangs on the bootup screen on a mono system.  $10 SOLD!
---------------
2003 Crash II Advance (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmUtLxE35lA): A Sintax platformer that's in English.  Part of Sintax's "English Jreasures" lineup.  Cart only; works on GBC and later systems; it gives a "please play on a color system" message on a mono GB, a first for Sintax.  $10 SOLD!
---------------
Digimon Crystal Version II (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HfBMDwHt0M): Another Sintax SRPG that's a hack of the Sapphire version of Pokemon Carbuncle.  Cart only; works on GBC and later systems; runs glitchy on a mono GB.  $10

Spoiler: click to toggle

AV Mahjong: A mahjong game by Hacker International.  Comes with box and cartridge, both in near-mint condition.  $20
---------------
Super Mario World 64 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6pa56nkzC4): The weird, much-wanted Megadrive pirate that features a mishmash soundtrack from Talespin, Battle Tank, and Jeopardy, of all things.  Item is cart only, and has been tested and works on a Megadrive II system and Sega Nomad.  $30 SOLD!

All of my previous items have been discounted, so be sure to check those.  On another note, outside inquiries (interested buyers from outside this forum) are welcome.  Just send an e-mail to mr_burglar@hotmail.com (mailto:mr_burglar@hotmail.com) and list the games you're interested in.

New stuff!

(http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/9286/pgc004.jpg) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/256/pgc004.jpg/)

Titanic 1912: The infamous Union Bond RPG.  Comes with box, manual and game.  This one is published by "YanCheng".  $15

Shin Samurai Spirits - Haoumaru Jigoku Hen: The SNT RPG.  Comes with box, manual and game.  Cart has a crack on the back because of the super-cheap plastic, but works fine and has no problems otherwise.  $15

Beast Fighter (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_G8T2uvm6Y): A side-scrolling action game by Sachen.  This is the original Taiwanese release of the game.  Comes with box, manual and game.  Works on mono GB and GBC, but not GBA.  $15

Queen of Fighting 2000/Gals Fighters (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJu_rFfk75w): Vast Fame's attempt at the all-female SNK fighting game.  This is the original release of the game by Vast Fame themselves.  Game is cart only, but it's in near-mint condition.  Works on all GBC-compatable systems.  $10

Retarded question; but does Gals Fighters work on a GBA? I have the GBC version of Super Fighters '99 (or KoF 2000, or whatever you want to call it) and it seems to work fine.

I have another question. Why do you decide to sell games that are really cool and hard to find? You seemed so excited about these games when you bought them. You said Beast Fighter would be a pleasant addition to your collection.

If it's anything like I've gone through in the past, sometimes you sell the games that you personally don't really like or need so you can afford something better that came along.

Funnily enough, both that Beast Fighter and Titanic were sold by me to him for that very reason :p When you collect pirates you have a tendency to end up with stuff you don't really care about just because it's rare or interesting(I have numerous fighter games for example yet I don't really like fighters or ever play them lol).

That, and some of the stuff I'm selling (like Beast Fighter and Queen of Fighting) are spare copies.  I still hold on to stuff that I really like, but many of them I just don't really care to hold onto anymore.

Are you all feelin' fine?  I'm sure not, and I'm in desperate need of money.  Speaking of, I'm selling even more goodies today, some that I'm sure you all are interested in!  (I hope)

(http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/5740/pgc005.jpg) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/3/pgc005.jpg/)

Barver Battle Saga: The Li Cheng/Winsen release, complete with game and manual.  This version has that weird music glitch where it plays the wrong songs.  $30

Shui Hu Shen Shou (Cart w/ Guidebook): The quirky Pokemon clone by Vast Fame.  The cart is an official release (says V.Fame on bootup) and the guidebook is in near-mint condition.  Game works on any GB-compatable system.  $20

2003 Pocket Monster Carbuncle: The Sintax SRPG "Pokemon Sapphire" but in English.  Comes with box, manual and cartridge.  Works on anything GBC or later.  $30 SOLD!

Bomboy: The amusing Super Bomberman clone by Gamtec.  It's just the cartridge which has rips on the label, but plays perfectly fine.  $15 SOLD!

(http://img850.imageshack.us/img850/5144/pgc006.jpg) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/850/pgc006.jpg/)

Final Fantasy X - Fantasy War: The awesome Sintax(?) beat-em-up that's a retelling of the first Final Fantasy game.  The label's worn, but the game works fine on any GB-compatable system.  Boots with "Yiutoudz"  $15 SOLD!

Donkey Kong 5 - The Journey of Over Time and Space: Sintax platformer that's a Super Mario Bros. DX cash-in.  The gameplay itself is the same as Super Mario Bros. but with Sintax's iffy platforming engine.  And Pokemon Pinball music.  $20 SOLD!

Zook Z: The Engrish adaption of the excellent Vast Fame platformer Zook Hero Z.  Aside from the text and title, the game's the same as the Chinese version.  Works on all GB-compatable systems.  $50 SOLD!

Boxed Sintax Game: Don't have the actual title of this game on hand, but it's basically a lazy graphics hack of their Spiderman 3 game.  Yup.  Works on anything GBC or later.  $20

I just noticed my new digital camera takes crappier pictures than my laptop's built-in camera.  Wow.

Two new thing up for grabs:

Samuri: The neat Hummer Team plug 'n play system.  System is PAL region, so take note of that if you're from an NTSC region.  Box has minor wear and the system's only been used once to test it out and the manual has a large horizontal curve from how the manufacturer packed it, but it's otherwise in excellent working condition.
Price: $25 OR trade for an NTSC model of the Samuri.

Crazy Monopoly 1 & 2: First one is the prequel to Crazy Richman 2, cart only.  Only works on GBC and prior due to boot protection.  Second game is Li Cheng's release of Crazy Richman 2.  Works on all GBC compatable systems (GBA, OGB, etc.)  Both are in near-mint condition and work fine.
Price: $15 each OR $25 for both games.

Well in the future, it's best to make sure you have a TV that supports both PAL and NTSC. ;)

Bump, it seems like most Samuri that appeared recently were NTSC. But some PAL were also sold, I have one too.
It is like most NTSC games quickly converted to PAL, play slower.

Gah! I'd totally buy the 128-in-1 or the 64-in-1, but I only just bought Sonic 5 off you. D:

More stuff for sale, you know the drill.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Digimon Saphire: A non-working cart.  New Game carts are kinda crappy, but you could possibly get it working again if you know what you're doing.  When it was working it worked on all GBC compatible systems.  $1 or freebie for the first interested person who orders two or more games. SOLD!

Thunderbolt II: Gamtec shooter for the Megadrive.  Minor label wear, but nothing big.  $10 SOLD!

13 Mahjong Girls: Another Gamtec(ish?) game featuring mahjong, anime girls, and possibly nudity.  Label has some tears and wear, but the game works fine.  $10 SOLD!

Spoiler: click to toggle

Water Margin Hitek SRPG: A more linear game similar to that Bokujou Monogatari GB2 ROM that isn't actually a Harvest Moon game.  Comes with box which has a hint of wear.  Game works on GBC and higher systems; doesn't run on a mono Game Boy.  $15

Digimon D-3: Same as the game dumped on Handheld Underground but with a different cover that omits the "D-3".  Game itself is exactly the same.  Comes with box and manual, and the cart's in an extended GBA-style case like certain copies of Digimon D-4, with the box having a bit of wear and tape on it and the manual being a bit bent.  Game plays on all GBC compatible systems.  $15 SOLD!

Spoiler: click to toggle

San Guo Zhi: Lie Chuan: Original copy of the Three Kingdoms-based Shawu Story RPG.  The only real difference with the game from the ROM is that this features a V.Fame logo on bootup.  Label is coming off a bit on the cart, but everything's otherwise in mint condition.  Game plays on all GBC-compatible systems.  $15 SOLD!

King of Fighters R-2: The KoF 2003 game but the original SKOB relelase.  Features a different title and small "SKOB" text at the title screen's bottom corner, but it's otherwise the same.  $15

Spoiler: click to toggle

Ghost Hunter: Boxed copy of the Super Pang clone for the Mega Drive.  Box and cart have a bit of wear.  $15

Link Dragon: The Gamtec Snake clone.  This version of the game has music in it, unlike the ROM dump.  $15 SOLD!

Spoiler: click to toggle

Squirrel King: Boxed copy of the Gamtec platformer.  $20

Super Boy IV: The Zemina platformer released for the Master System.  It's a Mega Drive cart that runs the game in Master System mode; it runs on my Megadrive II console with no problem.  Label has some wear and is coming off at the top.  $30

Smart Mouse: Chuanpu puzzler based off of Pengo.  Cooby is the bigest supper rat.  $15

I'll take these please:

Hey, I would like to take the following:

Link Dragon: The Gamtec Snake clone. This version of the game has music in it, unlike the ROM dump. $15
Thunderbolt II: Gamtec shooter for the Megadrive. Minor label wear, but nothing big. $10

I might want this one:

San Guo Zhi: Lie Chuan: Original copy of the Three Kingdoms-based Shawu Story RPG. The only real difference with the game from the ROM is that this features a V.Fame logo on bootup. Label is coming off a bit on the cart, but everything's otherwise in mint condition. Game plays on all GBC-compatible systems. $15

If you could hold it, that would be great.  I thought I had a copy, but am now not seeing it, so I need to double check.

The game's not on hold for anybody, so go for it.  I can put it on hold for you if you want.

Is Queen of Fighting 2000 still there? I REALLY WANT TO GET IT. (I'm SO stressed right now.) I really hope you didn't already sell it. The thing is though, I don't know what to do to get it. What do I do?

What do I do?
I think I can get you a new CIB copy of that game, but it would most likely cost more than his for sale.
