Thanks alot!
Is there anything known about that Li Cheng game like a video or a dump?

Li Cheng's releases are often just title hacks (or another game they released previously but in a different language) of miscellaneous games for the system.  Some are of regular licensed games like Final Fantasy Legends, some are unlicensed games like Rockman DX3, Digimon 02, and Harry Potter 3.  That Pokemon game probably only has a different title at most and Chinese text.

Oh okay, so either just a regular bad platformer or the actual Pkmn Blue in Chinese?
Also, the seller told me today that he has more and he'll send more pics tommorrow :)
Although he said this like 4 times already :l
Ill keep this thread updated.

Looks to me just like Chinese versions of the regular Pokémon games, at least judging from the box pics.  If you are looking for something interesting, it might not be found here, unless you just collect bootleg Pokémon games.

I just try to collect pirated pokemon games but also interesting stuff at a cheap price :)
The seller is online, so I hope for more pictures today!
Ill keep this thread updated.
And he went offline right as I wrote that. Great.

Now his brother will send them to me. No time given.
Not really pokemon gameboy related, but I dont think this is worth a full thread over at the FC bootleg section.
These arrived today at a super cheap $14 each!

AFAIK Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon Red and TLOZ:Triforce of the Gods

The last one is TLOZ, but I don't think the first one is Pokemon Yellow.  Yellow was made by SNT and those are all Waixing games.

It seems to follow the Yellow storyline, with you getting a pikachu.
Also has the Pokemon Blue intro.
Will take pictures, hang on a sec.

Looks like it's just a title hack of Pokemon Red; that game has you getting Pikachu first and the interface is exactly the same.

Yup, Your right, I checked.
But, It does seem like there are more wild pokemon on the 'Yellow' version.

Quick update:
Still nothing from seller.
But: Seller that sold me the waixing games has some NDS games in Chinese, mainly every pokemon game :)
The seller also has 2 more waixing games: 'Pokemon White' and 'Golden Triangle', Golden Triangle being TLOZ1 in Chinese.
But Pokemon White?!?!?!
The literal translation of the title is 'pocket fairy red and white', but still, WTF?
Does anyone know that game? It is lacking an ES code too.

Ok, lemme observe this.
1. The Pokemon White game is just Digital Dragon 4 with unhacked title. Nothing special.
2. Those other Pokemon games you have (from the pic you posted) are title screen variations of Waixing's HORRIBLE attempt at porting Pokemon Yellow. One of them is dumped, but hoarded unfortunately.
EDIT: Just realized both were at that WXN pack. Posting them later.

Seems like this Pokemon game (the one with the proper intro) came before the dumped one as the proper intro one's code is: ES-1082 and the dumped regular one is: ES-1088.
Weird that they'd remove a perfectly fine intro.
BTW: How do you dump a famicom game?

Post by: KAGE-008 on September 28, 2013, 07:08:47 PM
I don't dump games. These were dumped by Chinese people. One of them did all the WXN decryption process and got 40% of the pack to work.

Maybe you can send the rare ones to CaH4e3, but let's not go offtopic.

True: Also something interesting: Dumped version manual: 10 pages, Undumped one: 46 pages.
Includes all maps taken from the game. Pretty impressive if you ask me. All nice quality too!

It will propably (or however the F*** you spell that) become this next weekend.
+Found a seller that would sell me a cart named 'SOMARI 4in1', does anyone know which one that might be? Or atleast a 4in1 with Somari on it?
Thanks :)
Also, those mr gimmick carts we all previously knew as 'V-Pipe', Turns out with the chinese text above it, it means 'The Pipe Worker'.

These: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NOS-Rare-NES-Famicom-Famiclone-Game-Mr-Gimmick-aka-Pipe-V-30-Lifes-Version-/271279375028 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NOS-Rare-NES-Famicom-Famiclone-Game-Mr-Gimmick-aka-Pipe-V-30-Lifes-Version-/271279375028)
No-One? :( Or did I pick a really bad time to write this? :P

Everybody lives in different time zones, so it can take a day or two to get a response.  The Somari multi I'm sure has the titular game in it; the multis I've seen that advertise the game tend to have it, and ones with a small amount of games on it tend to have more accurate game listings on the label and larger or late-era games on it.  Multis that claim to have tons of games on it (like 50 or 100) usually end up having really small, early-NES games like Pooyan or Circus Charlie.

I do wonder why it's "V" though - Sachen released an otherwise unrelated game called "Pipe 5" as well.

Maybe it wasnt suposed to be a V - maybe just a picture of a pipe?
I will make scans of the Waixing manuals today, I promise.
Also ordered 5 more games from China:
1. TLOZ in Chinese (TLOZ1)
2. Pokemon SoulSilver (Chinese)
3. Pokemon Black (Chinese)
4. Pokemon White (Chinese)
5. Pokemon Platinum (Chinese)

Lets complete my all-pokemon-games-in-chinese collection :P

@JoepVK - video footages of these can also be done. Do you have a YT account?
Also it'd be nice if you sent them to CaH4e3.

Moving this topic to Pirate Talk, Bootleg Bazaar is mainly for selling/trading games.

This wasnt in Bootleg Bazaar :l
Should be moved to 'Other Pirates' as this is mainly about many different pirated games for many different consoles. (FC, GBA, GBC, NDS)

nah i think pirate talk is the best place for it - "other pirates" is for consoles we don't have a specific subforum for

[/quote]There isn't one, lol.
The Mummy, Curse of King Tut's Tomb, Fire Emblem 3... these are the only 2005-ish games I know of them.
