Has anyone heard of this elusive pirate for the GBC, where it's a Tamagotchi-like game containing horrible graphics? Well, I have and did a video of it three years ago and I wonder if its ROM is still around. I thought SpaceNinja still had it when I asked him for the ROM if it again (as I think he gave me it) but no... he doesn't. Anyone know where the ROM of this game is? For some reason I remembered I originally found it in Kamming's site. Help would be much obliged.

Found it. ;)

Thanks, but the download link there seems to be broken :\
-
Damnit. In that case you'll just have to hope someone out there has the ROM.

I knew saving all those ROMs to my hard drive would come in handy someday:

Wow, thanks very much Codeman :D

Just wondering, does anyone know who actually made this game?
-
No idea as to who made it, honestly. None of the fonts are telltale (they're standard Windows fonts), there's no hidden text or graphics that uniquely identifies a developer, and even the secondary boot logo is a complete garble.
-
You know, I've been wondering who made the game also. I guess we'll never know

Might help if someone could find the box art. (Or the cartridge at least, you'd think that whoever dumped it would show an image of it or something :X )
-
I think Sky League are selling one on their taobao account, i've definitely seen a picture on there.

My apologies for reopening this ANCIENT topic but if you guys are still looking for the game cart to see if you can tell who's the manufacturer I found an image of it on Watari's blog.

Aaand... the link is dead again. Hey Codeman, you know the drill.
-
Well, it was apparently crappy enough that I deleted it from my hard drive without realizing. Heh.
Ah, found it. Couldn't find it initially because the file name was just "GB Digimon (Unl)".

this presumably ancient page (angelfire!) says it was distributed by a HK company called Best Rich, but the developer is unknown: http://www.angelfire.com/games/digitalwrld/digigb.html (http://www.angelfire.com/games/digitalwrld/digigb.html)
the tiny pic of the box they have doesn't reveal much but there seem to be a few lines of text at the bottom on the back, could be a copyright notice?

Picrodus is there any chance the pokemon gold version 2 is being sold somewhere else or it is getting a rom dump. I am interested as it is still the same intro/title screen hack of pokemon adventure.
